Our Favourite Foods for Your Wood-Fired Pizza Oven
Outdoor pizza ovens are a great way to enjoy authentic gourmet pizzas from the comfort of your own home, and more importantly on you own time. Outdoor pizza ovens use coal or wood as their heat source instead of gas or electricity, which allows them to remain portable for regular use.
Long story short: You can cook most any recipe in an outdoor pizza oven and it will turn out great. Some recipes might require modifications, such as adjusting the cooking time or temperature, but generally most any recipe can be cooked in an outdoor pizza oven with good results.

Roasted Potatoes – same as veggies, just cut into 1 inch cubes and toss with oil or butter and spices
